No — and we’re clear about that. merdiz guides are a companion, not a substitute. Their job is to help you understand what’s happening, ask better questions at appointments, and act on the parts of your health that don’t need a prescription.
Every guide is drafted by our editorial team and reviewed by at least one licensed clinician or public health specialist in that field. Reviewer names and credentials are listed on the credits page of each guide.
We reassess every guide quarterly against updated research and guidelines. If a guideline has meaningfully changed, we push a free update to everyone who has already purchased.
Sometimes, yes. If your situation isn’t covered and enough readers would benefit, we may build a new guide. Book a free consult and let us know what you’re looking for.
Yes. Clinics, NGOs and community health workers can license bundles of guides for waiting-room use or patient education programs at a nonprofit rate. Get in touch for details.
If a guide didn’t help, reply to the download email within 30 days and we’ll refund it — no questions, no forms. We’d rather refund than leave you feeling short-changed.
